It's funny because when I was there for my grandmothers funeral a week before he died I asked my cousin where he was and they pointed to a house a couple blocks away where he was under house arrest. the fucker never paid for his crimes because they said he was too ill all these years!!! but if my grandmother has access to hell, she will make sure he does. So to answer your question, I think he is an asshole and should have been killed in the same manner he had thousands killed. Was glad to see they won't do a presidential burial for him.
yeah - I liked this one:

just glad my grandmother's funeral was the week before his. being there when he died would have been chaos. The chileans are fiercely proud people and any occasion to riot and have a protest, they will.
